Smart Storage is now in the Claude Connectors Directory

Smart Storage by AVIntelligence is now in the Claude Connectors Directory. If you use Claude to build decks, analyses or client updates from the same data every month, you can now connect Smart Storage straight from Claude's connector settings.

The problem

Claude is excellent at analysis. The trouble starts the second time you do the same analysis.

Every month the same exports arrive. You upload them again, explain again which column means what, remind Claude that "sales_amount" and "gross_revenue" are the same thing, and hope this month's numbers line up with last month's. The work repeats; the setup shouldn't have to.

What Smart Storage does

Smart Storage is a persistent, reviewable data layer that Claude can query for recurring work.

• Extract once. Upload invoices, statements and operational spreadsheets in the web app, or ask Claude to save a file you've shared in the chat. Each file becomes structured records linked to the original.
• Review and correct. Anything uncertain is flagged. You confirm or fix it, and the correction stays with the record.
• Save your definitions. Column mappings, dataset relationships, reports and dashboard charts are saved once and recalculate from your current records.
• Ask Claude. Claude works from the same maintained records every session, instead of re-reading files or relying on chat history.

Smart Storage works alongside Claude Projects, Cowork and memory. They keep your conversations and instructions; Smart Storage keeps the records your recurring numbers come from.

What you can ask Claude

• "Build a monthly review deck from my saved performance report, with the report's coverage notes on the last slide."
• "Write a one-page client update comparing this quarter to last, and list any figures still flagged for review."
• "Save this CSV to Smart Storage and tell me when it's ready."
• "Where did this number come from?"

Every report shows what it covered and anything it left out, so you can see what a number is built from.

Good to know

• Smart Storage reads your files with AI, so some values can be missed or wrong. That's why flagged records and corrections are built into the workflow.
• CSV and spreadsheet files work well from Claude. PDFs and photos upload best in the web app.
• Smart Storage is a data tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice.

How to start

1. Create a Smart Storage account at avintph.com.
2. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find Smart Storage by AVIntelligence, and connect with the same email.
3. Save a file or two, then ask Claude what's in your Smart Storage.
